If the customer just wants to buy a product, we will sell it. If the customer wants to buy a complicated system and wants us to install it for him – we will do that as well. If the customer has a project in mind but is not sure how to go about it, we can provide consultancy and advise. So, in short, we can design, supply, install and commission.
In case the customer knows the end result but does not know how which products or technology to use - then we can advise him, build a bill of material and finalize it
All our products come with a one year warranty. Some come with a longer warranty. We will provide support and maintenance during the warranty period. After the warranty period, we can provide support and maintenance if the customer signs an annual maintenance contract with us.
If a product fails during the warranty period, we will repair it for him. If the product is dead on arrival from day one, then we will replace it with a replacement.
Sometimes, the customer wants us to build and operate for him. This usually happens when his main business is something else and he does not want to bothered with running a peripheral system. In such a case, we can work out an arrangement where we build the system and operate it for him.
Training is very important. You can buy the best product in the world, but if you don’t know how to operate it, it is of no use. Hence, when we sell a product, we always provide training – unless the customer declines.
For critical systems where failure is not an option, we usually design the system in such a way that there is always a back up. In case the main system fails, the back up is there and the system continues to work.
